go modules build fails

Under a project that depends on github.com/mgutz/logxi, when I migrate the dependency management to go mod, and run go build, then I see:

go: finding github.com/mgutz/logxi latest
build github.com/myorg/myproj/cmd: cannot load github.com/mgutz/logxi: cannot find module providing package github.com/mgutz/logxi

It's probably because there's no source file in the top directory, but only under v1.
