uni.getLocale()方法有bug，当切换语言为日文时候，会返回en。其余的还没有测试

提供下 vue 版本和 HBuilderX 版本，并说一下运行的平台，是 h5 微信小程序还是 app

用的是vue3，hbuildx是最新的4.36,在安卓平台运行，AndroidApp
